A Network-Wide Impact Report • May 2025 – January 2026

Introduction

Sai Swasthya is a nationwide initiative rooted in compassion and service, dedicated to bringing accessible, dignified, and data-driven primary healthcare to underserved communities across India. At its heart is a simple belief: no one should be denied care because of where they live or what they can afford.

With the rollout of the Sai Swasthya HMIS platform in May 2025—built on the Frappe Health framework— centres began a shift from manual, fragmented processes to standardized, transparent, and scalable digital healthcare operations. Every patient interaction is recorded with care, accuracy, and accountability.

This report consolidates patient registrations, consultations, centre readiness, and operational performance from May 2025 to January 2026, highlighting achievements and on-ground challenges

Terrain & Access Challenges

Some centres operate in geographically difficult or infrastructure-limited regions. These challenges are contextual, not operational failures. HMIS visibility enables early support and targeted interventions.

Why Primary Care Matters

Primary care is the foundation of a healthy society. By focusing on early diagnosis and continuity of care, Sai Swasthya helps prevent disease at the root, reduces complications, and avoids unnecessary hospitalizations.

  • Early diagnosis and timely medical intervention

  • Prevention of chronic disease progression

  • Reduced burden on secondary and tertiary hospitals

  • Improved maternal, child, elderly, and chronic disease outcomes

  • Community health education and awareness

HMIS Impact (Frappe Health)

  • Unified digital operations: single platform for registration, encounters, and reporting

  • Real-time dashboards: centre-wise visibility into utilisation and readiness

  • Clinical & governance readiness: structured OPD workflows and audit trails

  • Scalable foundation: tele-consults, camps, lab/pharmacy integration, preventive programs

Leadership can now monitor performance weekly instead of quarterly, strengthening trust for donors, trustees, and stakeholders.
